A shipment of medical supplies provided by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has arrived at Aden International Airport to support Yemen’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The shipment includes personal protective equipment (PPE), face shields, medical masks for healthcare workers, as well as medicines and essential medical supplies. The in-kind assistance was delivered in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health and Population to strengthen frontline health services and support efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19.
